We offer several pricing options to ensure your family receives the care they need, whether through your insurance, a convenient membership, or flexible à la carte services.

Do You Have Blue Cross Blue Shield? 

Great news! We’re currently in-network with the following Blue Cross Blue Shield plans:

  • Blue Advantage HMO (BAV)
  • BlueChoice PPO (BCA)
  • Health Select (HME)
  • Blue Essentials (HMO)

If you have one of these plans, your visits will be billed according to your specific plan benefits (co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance may apply). Please confirm your coverage with your insurance provider prior to your visit for details on your financial responsibility.

No Blue Cross Blue Shield? No Problem!

For families without the Blue Cross Blue Shield plans listed above we offer both membership models and convenient à la carte services.

MEMBERSHIP

Total Wellness Plan:


- 0-2yrs $200 per month
- 2+ $150 per month
Membership Benefits:
  • Wellness/Sick Visits Included
  • Same Day Sick Visits (In Home or Telemedicine)
  • Direct Provider Call and Text During Business Hours
  • Access to After-Hours Texts and Calls for an Additional Fee of $25 Per Use
  • 20% Discount on Services
  • No Concierge Fees:
    +$50/month each additional child * $200 discount if year paid in advance * Not applicable for insurance patients
MEMBERSHIP

Sick Visit Plan:


- Single Child: $100/month
- 2 Children: $125/month
- 3+ Children: $175/month
Membership Benefits:
  • Unlimited same-day/next-day sick visits.
  • Unlimited telemedicine sick visits.
  • Direct phone/text access to your provider for sick concerns during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM).
  • In-home rapid testing for Strep, Flu, RSV, COVID-19, Urinalysis
  • Prescription or referral coordination
  • 20% discount on all other services
  • * Not applicable for insurance patients * $200 discount if year paid in advance
